just wondering when the crit is calculated. setup... you have the hurricane that does on hit effects... (1)first i guess do the secondary bolts trigger crits? if they do, (2)do they work with the frenzy offensive mastery? (gives the 10% bonus movement after crit). If yes (3)how does that affect the movement speed? (4) when are the crits calculated? upon firing or on hit? THanks for the help!
