what kind of software do you mean? I'm guessing its not an old version of windows, but if it is you could buy a new copy.
If you're having problems with a graphics card (and you have a dedicated card like a Nvidia or AMD card) you should try updating your graphics drivers if you've never done so. Just google the card you have and something like "updated drivers"
Not sure if there are new drivers for integrated cards but its possible. If you do have integrated graphics you should check just in case.

Ninjaorigami thank you. I got to update something from googling and now i can play it like i did before the patch and a little bit better. Graphics went down but performance went up. Thank you everyone who helped me with my computer issues and letting me play league of legends again. (I'm not sure but I played an aram game and it went perfect, (expect for a little bits of lag in the beginning)
