This is my Blitzcrank dominion build it DOES work. Just recently went 14-0 with it but unfortently our Darius was AFK for about first 5 minutes are Gregias was ksing.... and we lost :/

First, there really is no KSing in Dominion (except for Darius, who was AFK). Everyone needs the gold.
Second, your K/D makes very little difference in Dominion.

Lastly, you should put this on the new guides section of Dominate Dominion! That way it can be approved/read/reviewed by Dominion peers!

No mention of Revive is suspicious. I am extremely suspicious of anyone who takes Flash/Ignite in Dominion, fortunately I don't often see them.

Your runes are CRAAZY. You have Armour Marks and AD Seals and Armour Glyphs and MR Marks... why? Why not just run the standard AD or Arpen Marks, Armour Seals and MR or scaling MR Glyphs?

No Revive mastery (now in utility), and not picking up a rank 3 Defense mastery is suspicious. Also you should be taking CDR not AS from Offense.

GA is a BAD item. If you want clutch defenses get a Tear. Your item build is incomplete.

Edit: I don't understand the skill order; care to explain?

Edit #2: Some of the guides on DD are already pretty suspicious, like that guide with the Flash/Ignite Fiora.

No Revive, no Mana on Blitzcrank, weird skill order and runes, no prospector's item to start with.
