Sorry, I accidently put a ] at the end of the URL. I was recommending submitting a support ticket to Riot if you haven't already done so. Here is the proper link:

It might take them a bit longer to get to it considering it's the weekend. But I am sure Riot will be able to figure out what went wrong and correct it.
