If the rune page name is too long it breaks to the next line and bumps the lowest rune statistic below the bottom of the window.
To reproduce:
Fill out the name of a rune page with the maximum characters allowed. Make sure you have some runes on the page. Create a quick custom game and hover over the rune page in the drop down list.
Its relevant to note, it doesn't actually matter how many different types of runes you have. The bottom one will always be cut short.
