Really not sure what's the rarest I've seen, I know I seen human ryze at least once, and ufo corki. Holiday skins I've seen weren't really rare at the time I'd seen them cuz they were just released ;P Rarest skin I own would be Butcher Urgot.. just because you can't get him anymore.

Red Card Katarina, Pax Sivir, Judgement Kayle are the ones I own. Haven't seen any rare skins besides Urfwick once, and a Judgement Kayle once.

One of my friends was from beta, see that UFO Corki often.
I see a lot of Judgement Kayles, not so rare.

My favorite would be Lion Dance Koggie, which I never see unless I'm watching a tourney.
