Testing out the new skin when i reached level 6 and ulted an enemy champion, afterward i was not able to Q or recall. This would reset if you would have died allowing you to recall and Q again. Very annoying bug.

This is true, you also cannot use your ult again until death.

in a game now and can also confirm this, after several minutes my Q and recall specifically stopped moving. Even re-binding the keys didn't fix it

Edit: I also can't ult

Just happened to me as well. I think it happens once you use e on an enemy champion

Perhaps it triggers more than 1 way. But for me I tried it three times, only happened when I ulted. I could use E all the time pre-6 and still use my Q.

ive had the same bug here, but i could recall but i was not abble to Q or ult again, waiting for a solution
