I was chatting with a friend while spectating another game and suddenly, I started to have no answer, I thought he had a reason... Well, after my game I found his reason, he wasn't on anymore... So I went into another game just to test, and I could whisper to any if my friends whether or not they were logged in....

- Wait in queue for s liyylr bit more than a hundred hours
- Join a game
- Whisper offline friend
- See that it goes off normally
