It's stupid to stack it anyways, you would be disadvantaging yourself over applying a passive or doubling the stats when it could be used elsewhere.

they don't want it unique.

it is fine. stacking it is not even remotely close to as strong as GD is trying to make it out to be, and in 2-3 weeks everyone will forget about it.

Good thing it's getting patched. Still would have been nice to see it hotfixed.

ye but the flat pen+cdr not being unique doesn't make sense nor is it consistent with other sources of flat pen and/or cdr

Only reason the winrate went down was because it was spilled onto GD and now both teams have it, but earlier it if someone on your team bought it you won 70% of those games, lmfao.

Oh, I'm dumb. It had a higher winrate before the buff.
