Try making all the stats on it unique and make it so champions with more then 450 Range can't apply the debuff. Also having multiple black cleavers doesn't apply the debuff faster.

Suddenly balanced. Cause as of right now, it's not going to be used on AD Casters anymore and they will just go back to BT and LW every game.

BC is a great option for when you have double adc composition (like solotop vayne or mid corki/graves), this nerf would be stupid, just the unique thing would fix already.

Too late. They just smashed the stats with a brick in addition to making it have a unique passive.

You know there's already a thread discussing this issue; it was not necessary to make a new one...
