These are the changes from which i am referring to:
Black Cleaver
Armor Penetration changed to Unique
Armor Penetration reduced to 10 from 15
Passive effect now reduces armor by 6.25% per stack down from 7.5%

Brutilizer
Armor Penetration reduced to 10 from 15.

One of riot's goals with the new season was to give the ad casters more items and help them out a bit, and they did this with the new Black Cleaver. Granted people stacking 3+ Black Cleavers was a bit ridiculous, but all they needed to do was make the passive unique. -5 armor pen on an early - mid game item makes it pretty much useless now, and the % armor debuff also took a pretty heavy hit.

Now i know the changes are only on the pbe right now but please, just remove the passive on the Black Cleaver and leave the armor pen as it was.

It hasn't gone live yet. Chances are they are nerfing it hard to see how it does.

The % is still not unique...

i dont see how this is over the top..

its not like the item doesnt still give ad hp cdr armor pen and more armor pen
oh wait yeah it is like that its still too good it does too much even with these nerfs
