Put her in top lane vs Jayce, Riven, Nidalee, Vlad, Darius, Jax, Rengar (with nerfs), and even Garen, then you don't worry about her damage all that much.

I've played a few games as nasus, every time vs a Vi. Every time I've won the laning phase be it from aggressive poking Vi, or passive Vi; and anyone else on that list can bully me.

The people that are getting crushed by Vi on PBE are usually ones who are matched up against technically better players. The problem is there is no carryover from live servers on your ranking, and you are seeing VI's get fed on people that normally wouldn't be matched up against them.

Reality is this, VI is strong but has weaknesses. Like you said, the best top lane champs should match up pretty well versus her. Jayce wins the poke and has solid disengage limiting vi's usefulness. Riven can stand toe to toe, nidalee out pokes and sustains, vlad is weak early but can poke and survives easily due to pooling vi ulti. Darius can out trade early and dunks her at 6. The list goes on.

Heck, I have beaten her easily as a kha'zix top lane just because khaz can outpoke her too and has quite potent burst against all the squishy pure damage building vi's.

I would say that Riven, Kennen, Vlad, and Akali are the best counters to Vi since they are all manaless. They can poke and keep poking while Vi will just burn mana.

Really, Vi can be countered by a Teemo if you just dodge her Q. Her W can't be blinded though since it's like Vayne's bolts.

Ezreal's Q does about 45% of sona's health at level one. And it has a 4 second CD and doesn't launch you towards the target.

People have started to exploit Vi and yes she's op.

Get movement speed, get tenacity, get slows, and she's wrecking everyone.

Her numbers are a tad high at the moment, but mechanically, she can't be overpowered. Throughout early and mid game, her e can be used twice for nice burst damage, but then has a long cooldown. At any point in the game, her q has great damage and is a flash-leap, but has to be charged and slows her while charging, so isn't very good for chasing or escaping. Her w only works to your advantage if you can find a target you can hit three times without a: killing them in two hits or b: having someone return fire and trade, thus, she can't push with it, and it is difficult to damage someone without using all of her spells on them. She is quite ridiculous when you start stacking aoe damage though, if you can get your hands on ravenous hydra and iceborn gauntlet while still building your general playstyle, you can deal huge amounts of burst aoe damage, which needs to be fixed.

She only seems strong because the PBE tends to create pubstomping matches. She's a solid top lane pick but can be easily zoned by a large number of champions. Late game most of the high damage builds you see people using won't work because she, like any other melee champion, can't afford to be that squishy. She's also very easy to kite any time her ult is on cooldown.

Get as much ad as you can

3 hit W into passive then R, it wrecks anyone, the sad part is that Q gets double damage or some nosense as well from it.

That passive W armor break shouldn't apply to her other abilities outside of aa and it may be fixed, cause that's the only thing that's being exploited.

WAY TOOOOO OP, I see one every single game in PBE, it's really annoying. Especially her ult.
