Hey guys, as of right now I'm a 1300 elo AP carry currently looking for serious players to train with to bolster my skills. Since the start of the preseason patch, I've been avoiding ranked matches until I've built a solid understanding of the mechanics of the new items and re-balanced champion compositions.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself:
I started playing League sometime mid-August by a friend's recommendation, and I immediately became hooked playing the support role in the game. However, I immediately fell in love with Ahri mid as my main position, carrying me to level 30 in little over three weeks without ip or exp boosts. Most of my friends hit ranked when they had reached thirty, but I spent the next few weeks training, watching guides and pro matches to rapidly broaden my understanding for the game.
Unfortunately, Season II was rapidly coming to a close before I could progress much further, so I could only manage to secure a silver elo rating before the World Finals. My fear of being unable to carry even the worst of teams made me timid and prevented me from competing effectively.
This season, I plan to change that. I've already started out 3 and 0 in solo/duo queue, but a rather depressing fact began gripping at me when I realized I was outgrowing my friends at a rapid rate, and they aren't dedicated enough to keep playing with the same competitive mindset as me. It's a concern because no decent person wants to admit that their friends are holding them back, but in a gaming environment like this, I have to come to terms with it.
So I need your help. I need skilled and reliable players to skirmish with and learn from. I'm more than willing to learn and I'm aiming for the very top, so watch out for me.
