A someone used to playing ranged support, what characters are still playable after the season 3 change?

Sona is playable but they wanted her to be a champion that required Superior Placement and superior planning for people who use her to her full potential in high elo play
She was just too Op in low elo where you could just faceroll and ult whenever a teamfight broke out and be alive
So id still say shes viable but she kind of gives away early dominance
