After 6 months of reading the tribunal forum I have only ever found 1 innocent person who was punished and Lyte himself fixed it for the guy. I appreciate this post because this is 99% of what banned people complain about. I think becuase most LoL players are very young they have not gained the skill of self perception. They cannot focus on their own mistakes because they have been told their whole lives they are winners, they are #1, there are no loosers. Then all of a sudden LoL Tribunal does something to them that their parents and the school system does not do. It punishes them for bad behavior. It is easy to understand why for the first time in their lives there is a consequence for their actions they are suprised, defensive and angry. Which is why I see a lot of bans quickly turn into permabans. If I had one thing I would like to see changed in the tribunal it would be this. When someone faces the tribunal they should have their chat function disabled until the case is resolved. I know this sounds unfair but hear me out. By the time most kids get punished for the first time in the tribunal they have already accumulated many cases for their next step punishment in the time between the case being sent to the tribunal and the punishment being handed down. I want people to get the 6 chances that they deserve 100%. Some of my favorite team mates ping and dont talk a lot in chat =). Anyways thank you for the post Pogo!
