Do you gain/lose elo based on personal score?

So, say I just won a game and I went 18/5/12.
Then lets say i won another game as a 3/12/1.

Obviously the first game I helped and/or carried and the second I fed while someone else carried me to victory.

Would I get more elo points in the first game and less in the second? Or would the elo points be the same for each?

Thanks!

No.

The amount of points you get for a win or lose for a loss is determined before the match begins. It's based on average Elo for each team (the team with the higher average Elo is expected to win and therefore gets less if they do win then the lower average Elo team would get if they win).

Depends on what assists count for. If assist is half a kill or more than most supports would get higher average than everyone except the main carry whoever it might be for that match.
