Bank Plank would have a diamond encrusted blade, golden pistol, and a nice classy suit.
Whenever he kills something with parley they will burst into gold coins.
His ult would drop money bags on people.
His morale thing shows him throwing dollar bills into the air.
And his recall will be him getting in a porsche.
