Why am I reviewing cases from 4 months ago?

The last four cases I have reviewed have all been from August - October. None of the individual games were from any time past early in October. Why did it take so long for these players to make it into the tribunal??

Basically there's a pool of reports that the Tribunal randomly pulls to make a case. It just ended up grabbing the ones near the beginning and/or the person has been banned recently enough to only have those for judging...I think.
