Using Pick a Card on Twisted Fate causes Rageblade to not registered the next autoattack (the one with a locked card) for the purposes of stacking or refreshing it's passive. Activating Pick a Card still gives a stack for Rageblade; only the next autoattack with a locked card will fail to give a stack.
