I apologize if this was addressed in another post, but im just interested in whether or not You (riot) will continue to create and release ward skins. I ask because they have been well recieved by the community, and i already seen 'leaked' images of some for the Snowdown Showdown, but they have yet to make an appearance in the PBE. While a lengthy response explaining the plans and ideas riot has for Ward Skins, a simple Yes or No would appease my rampant curiosity

It was stated to be dependant on the success of the Harrowing Ward Skins, and the presense of the xmas images suggests there is definately a future. It was also mentioned there might be permanent ones available at some point; the limited use thing was so that if they decided they didn't want ward skins to be a thing then they wouldn't be depriving people of the purchases they expected to be permanent as they would eventually run out.

I imagine so, The ward skins seemed to have been a success, and they're really cute. The reason why it's taking so long for them to appear on PBE is because Riot has a lot of stuff to do.. They're still working on Vi, as well as Nidalee and don't forget their splash art. They have the new Christmas skins as well as the new ward skins to work on.... so it might take a while.
