Okay so I have been extremely drawn into the PvE and I just want to try it! First off, it is really hard to know if the PvE is open because there is one post that says its closed but riot keeps posting more things about feedbacks on new champs. When I tried signing up, I clicked the link of course. In the post "recently asked questions" it says that the region has to be changed but my computer just says "select one region" and doesn't do anything else. Please someone respond because I am so anxious to play PvE!!!

You're mixing up the pbe being closed with the pbe sign-ups being closed. The pbe server is live right now. But no one new can join at the moment because sign-ups to get into the pbe are closed.
