This is my 3rd game in a row now there have been multiple leavers and/or trolls. I know I'm probably the 2348923904820th person to complain about this, but something has got to give riot.
I think that to be able to play PBE you need to link your level 30 account in the real servers and there should be a proper tribunal for the PBE. That way if you get banned, not only will you be punished on PBE but also on the real servers as well.
