I'm currently going to school for Game Art and Design and I finished my final a while ago and figured I'd post it here.

I was given the task to take whatever champion I wanted and re-design them however I wanted, while still keeping within Riots overall design and way of texturing. I ended up choosing Sona and I’m VERY pleased with how she turned out! Hope you all enjoy!

I'm sorry but i dont recognize sona at all in this skin. If i was to get something "Dark", i'd rather look to pentakill sona.

Also the jewells catch way too much the attention. Remember this is a skin you are suppose to play / move /fight with, so skin details should not lower readability.

and I get what your saying about the jewels and such BobbyOvsky. I was lucky enough to meet a Riot employee the other day that has really helped me with a lot of their character design process as well as readability! I'm currently editing her so her detail looks better at the view you usually see their champs at in game!

As for a skin This wasn't necessarily a skin it was more of a model done to show character design in my portfolio so shes pretty high poly vs their lower poly models. For a skin a lot of her detail would have to be lowered as it could get messy as the model gets scaled down As soon as I edit her down a bit i'll post the new ver of her.
