You should explain your skill order... usually I go R > Q > W > E. Why are you leveling W first? You do get increased slow% on ganks, but your Q lowers your CDs of everything else by 3s, and leveling Q lowers your CD on Q. And adds 45 total dmg per level, while W adds 40 per level.
