Hey summoners, I am wanting to buy some skin codes, but I don't know if it is safe or not. If you guys know any safe place to buy skin codes and can recommend a good site that would be great.

Ebay's the safest way to go about it, or make sure any transaction is secured by PayPal. If your code doesn't work you can file a dispute resolution with them.

Doesn't work. I got scammed that way. Paypal doesn't cover that type of good.
