Leavebuster catches leavers. Unless you can tell that someone left on purpose to ruin the match, most people let it do its job.

That said, the lack of items looks suspicious.

Edit to clarify: I would have voted Punish here. It's a clear case of "I'm quitting this game early knowingly." He sold his items before leaving. Or just never bought any. A "Leave" with an almost full build is taken into consideration by me, but isn't instant grounds for "Punish" in my eyes.

It looks like the tribunal only punishes for foul language and not feeding. After all if u don't like the language there is the filter or just mute the person.

Using a language filter doesn't stop the person from being inconsiderate and immature.

Some people get lucky and slip through the nets. This sort of thing happens in real life courts too. I am sure he will get what he deserves some other day. It is not like he would have learned his lesson.
