I honestly believe that I have been banned unfairly. What can I do?
Out of the 4 cases I have been given I only believe that ONE of those is actually worth a report, the rest are just people trolling.

Also let me add, that 99% of the times I'm one of the nice players whom will constantly tell gj to their team members when they're doing good. I really don't believe I deserved this ban.

Please point me out on what I could do.

1) You're not nice 99% of the time. The average player gets reported in only 1-2% of all their matches. In order to show up in the Tribunal at all, you must have been reported in 15-30% of your matches.

2) As Lyte has explained, you don't need to be punish worthy in every single match. You just need to be punish-worthy in one match on your reform card. Your reform card is a random sampling of all the games you've been reported in.

Game 2 isn't as bad. If all four games looked like game 2, I'd probably pardon, but I wouldn't say it's not necessarily worthy of a report either. But you're harassing Nidalee. I know it's going back and forth, but still, you're harassing Nidalee. You're calling her a feeder with her 4/6/1 scoreline. Also, some people are sensitive to the word "rape".

Game 3:

This sort of commentary is NEVER constructive. If you want her to play differently, tell her how. "Stop feeding" isn't going to help, not if they're not doing it intentionally.

And she's not really done much more *****ing then you have throughout the course of the game.


And Game 4: I'm not going to copypasta the entire chat log, but you're being supremely critical of your entire team all match. Constructive criticism is one thing. Comments like "stop sucking" don't help. All that does is make people mad. It hurts team morale and helps secure the loss.

What about the other cases?
What about the one in which I got reported because my net died? yet people hit the punish button?

Game 2 is the only game in your reform card that isn't, by itself, ban-worthy in my opinion. And like I said, just because, by itself, it doesn't make me want to punish, doesn't mean it's an unjustified report, nor does it mean that it's not punishable behavior.

It just means that if I read Game 2 first, I'd have to read other games before deciding. If I read any other game first, that'd probably be enough for me to hit punish without reading another game.

So in your opinion guys, I did deserve the ban?

Yes. I'd also say though that your behavior is far from the worst that we've seen in reform cards, and if you take your ban time to seriously think about your behavior and make a serious attempt to be more polite in your matches, you should be able to easily avoid future bans.

If Game 2 was the WORST your behavior ever was, you'll never see the Tribunal again.
