Hi mate.

I've looked at all of your games, and aside from the parts where you say you will go AFK and call others "****ing scrubs" I would say it was partly undeserved, or at least misunderstood.

The thing you have to learn is that whilst you were trying to carry/give people direction in games (albeit at times a little passive-aggressive) people don't like being told what to do... especially on the internet by someone they don't know.

You need to work on directing/coordinating your team in a softer manner. If people insult you when you try to give them feedback/advice ignore them. You can see how easy it is for people to manipulate what you say in a negative manner so if you can't give feedback in-game in a more positive manner, I would probably suggest just staying quiet in-game, aside from calling MIA's etc. (b/c if you don't people will just report you for refusal to communicate... It's a ****ing joke, right?).

IMO once you manage to get into the tribunal you're ****ed anyway, because it just relies on chance whether or not you will get a competent group of people review your case, who will do it fairly according to the summoner's code... (a minority of the playerbase from what it seems)

Wait out your ban and learn from it. When you come back to playing hopefully you will be smarter in how you choose to communicate with other players.

One game, heck, one slip up in that game is enough.

Also, retaliation doesn't justify being inhumane to people. Say nothing if it isn't something either purely informative or nice/motivating. You will find yourself play much better too, cause you won't need to type so much!

I feel that's completely wrong. It is a game filled with players that their age ranges from 15 to 35 and RIOT expects people not to slip once in one game...? How realistic is that?

Cut people some slack for god's sake.

I suggest reading the information available regarding the Tribunal. It takes several reports in order to create a Tribunal case. The Tribunal pulls a random sampling of the games you have been reported in. It only takes one game out of the sampling in order to be punished.

Judging from the information provided by Riot in terms of how the Tribunal works, this means you did not slip up once in one game. It means you slipped up once or more in multiple games. As you have stated you have been banned three times before, you have certainly had more than your fair share of "one" slip ups. Still, I personally only judge based on the sampling provided, and that one game out of the sampling is enough for me, and others, to hit punish.

You may find the punishment "harsh," but your punishments are increasing in severity because you are a repeat offender. If you really do not want to be banned again or permabanned, I highly suggest taking responsibility for your actions and strive to improve. Blaming the system or others for your behavior will not help you. :\

It's frustrating, I get that, but we're all responsible for our own behavior.

I just think people are taking this waaay too serious.
Did we all forget this is just a game? If you can't take a person calling you noob then just ignore the person and keep playing the game. I really think the system is way too harsh, but hey that's just my opinion. From now on, every time I get insulted I'll just say "okay", ignore and report after the game.

Have anybody here ever watched a stream of phantomlord? He's a 2k+ elo player, he's known for revive + tele karthus. If you seen his stream the guy insults players when they do bad, and people in the stream crack up! It's funny, it's just part of the game. No need to point the finger at a person and call him a criminal for something like that.

What's funny for the people watching a stream may not be very funny at all for the person he's being an ******* to. Just sayin'.

Then just hit the IGNORE button! It's VERY simple.
Most of us are not kids, if you can't take an insult then maybe the internet is not a good place for you to be in.

If you feel the need to insult others for not doing well on a video game, then multiplayer games aren't for you, since you want to use this type of logic. I can tell you not going to change your behavior, see you back here complaining about your perma-ban

I wouldn't have reported you for just saying "noob," I would have reported you for your clearly rude attitude and treatment towards the others playing with you. You need to move on past the person who pointed out that you said "noob" and read what others have said, you were an unpleasant teammate.

Again, your punishment is "harsh" because you are a repeat offender. Your punishments will increase if your are punished in the Tribunal multiple times within a short time span of each other. Some punishments are based on actions, others are based on how many times you have been previously punished. This is your 3rd ban, you are expected to know better at this point.

I won't even touch your last paragraph as it involves way too much tl;dr on my part that I doubt would be of any help to you.

I suggest you take your own advice: this is just a game, stop raging at everyone.

Trust me, you won't see me here again.
3rd and last, as soon as a person does as little as calling me noob I'll be ignoring him.
