This is a permaban.

They don't delete your account at this time. They just put you ban so far into the future that you will be long dead and gone before the ban lifts.

According to what I have heard, the date that they ban your account until has something to do with the reason for it being banned. (So the date is a direct reference to the reason for the ban)
