That is all pretty much. Hoping from toxic people who don't get punished or people who flame all champ select but then try to act nice in game is too much.

Just had someone hop because someone named "andi77777777" was our 5th pick was flaming people and said he refused to go bot and when 3 and 4 took AD and support so he wouldnt go bot he keeps trolling anyway forcing someone who hadn't said anything to hop, and now andi77777777 will go do it again.

Pre-game and post-game chat is on the radar, but is not on the priority list for additions to the Tribunal. If it was really bad, send in a support ticket with a screenshot and explain your case.

As of right now with the way the Tribunal views the information it would do no good to report someone if the only bad stuf was pre-game and post-game chat issues, it would get pardoned(most likely.)
