so just played blitz and hit a pull on a non ezreal champion and it did the "hey you just pulled ez and he E'd away" where your hook drops to the ground but doesn't pull

they don't teleport or anything they just dont get grabbed and my hook drops right to the ground.. this happened to me in a real game the other day and confirmed now in an ai.

just happened again against ryze bot.. i hit a pull and the pull grabbed him part of the way and he stopped coming when he got on top of the minions/terrain
