Yes...the magic damage is added to your basic attacks.


...Works the same way with Kassadin's W(adds magic damage on your autos)

Malady/Wit's are On-hit effects which are not applied to structures.

^That. As a general rule, on-hit effects don't proc on turrets. On-next-attack effects are on a case by case basis (Sheen and Zigg's passive work, Caitlyn's passive doesn't, for example.)

those on-hit skills depends on champions, but NO for malady and wit's end

The general rule of thumb is that if it's a one-time hit like Sheen/upgrades, or Nasus' Q, or anything else that resets your autoattack timer will hit turrets, but on-hit effects like Wit's End (ones that apply on EVERY auto, and thus scale with attack speed) will not.

Towers are spell immune. No magic damage. Kassadin's W is also bonus magic damage, and therefor does not apply either. However, abilities that increase your physical damage, like Sion's E, do apply, since they are not magic damage.

It's not as simple as magic vs. physical damage. Explain Lich Bane.
