[Game Client] Shop, and esc menu messing up

Here are some pictures of what I have been dealing with. Can still play but having to guess at the items in the shops, and i can not change any interface, or other esc menu buttons.

Have already reinstalled it once.
Not sure what to really do at this point.

Hi Sijoza,

This could be an issue with your graphics driver (similar to the issue found here) http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=2863384

Did it start occurring after the preseason 3 patch? Do you have an AMD/ATI graphics card? If these are correct, try updating your graphics drivers (either through Windows or through the correct website) and see if that fixes it. If it does not, please upload your DxDiag files:
Start->Run->DxDiag.

This happened after the patch, was fine before it came. I will try and do as suggested and see what happens

Updating the drivers, no change, and am not very techie, not sure what I am looking at in the DxDiag
