yes, i got banned 3 days ago, and it said i was temporally suspended until 2012-12-10 20:10:06.
it is now 20:58:32 and i still can't sign in. i just put 75$ in my account and i get banned 2 hours later. can someone please help, this is bs.. //:

The unban time is PST, since that's where Riot's located. It's only 7pm there. (19:00)

If the suspension doesn't expire when it says it will, I'd send in a Support Ticket.
