by the way, i pity anyone who stacks cleavers on garen.

if you already got one, you will literally gain nothing out of a second passive. ghostblade is such a good item to stack with cleaver on him. and so much cheaper.

its like you never noticed garen got reworked
he's been doing this FOR MONTHS. Just build a bloody IE and atmas for christs' sake.
