So every once and a while i see posts about people wanting to trade skins, but i never see anything about how exactly they are trading them.

can someone plz explain.

Well

This is just a speculation, tbh.

For x amount of upvotes, and a prior agreement, I dunno how its done maybe through support, they agree to do a swap between x and y player.

I'm not sure what the upvotes have anything to do with it, though.
