its an extremely simple fix, right now the standard build for attack damage carry is
infinity edge
berserkers grieves
bloodthirster
last whisper
phantom dancer
guardian angel
even though many new items were released, such as ruaan's hurricane and zephyr, they are not being used, so you do this simple fix
remove guardian angel
to be honest, i was suprised this item was still in the game after the preseason patch
this item is toxic, plain and simple, it negates burst casters and actual focusing because if they have this item, then it wont matter how much you burst them because they will come back to life
so you have two options
use your burst on the carry and be useless for the rest of the fight,
or
use your burst on the the support, the jungler(which is most likely to be a support bruiser)
or waste it on the tanky dps bruiser top
this item also snowballs a winning team into a pretty much guaranteed win, because if your carry does not get this item, then you are screwed in teamfights
if you remove guradian angel, then it will free up another slot for a different item, this would help improve the carry itemization as a whole
TL;DR
removing the guradian angel will make ad carry itemization better and not make the game and instant win for the winning carry
