I believe hotfixes are reserved for bugs that are insurmountably game breaking.

The Black Cleaver stacking is making PHYSICAL damage be applied the same way as TRUE damage, breaking every game it is built in...

I just finished a game where there were a grand total of 17 black cleavers between both teams. Tell me that's not game breaking

Because the current patch on PBE w/ BC changes has glitches, one being custom games are not working 100% of the time.
