I understand Q is the only thing he has going for him, but ffs as soon as Vlad hits level 9 and midgame starts he rips almost anyone apart in a lane. What the heck happen to the nerf that was coming to him?

anyway, His damage output + Hp put togather at mid game needs some toning down.

Tides of blood = underrated. Q needs a nerf, especially early game. 3 second cooldown? No.. just no..

Its not hard with Annie or Morgana to beat Vladimir on mid lane, I dont really think he deserves a nerf.
