Weird, voidlings definitedly do, no reason for spiderlings to act any differently. I'd go as far as bug report it (no pun intended), it really should proc.

the difference is quantity.

Malz, Shaco, Morde, Leblanc, etc only have 1 minion.

Else gets up to 5 in addition to herself.

I'm aware.

I was just saying to the guy that said it wasn't on-hit that it is indeed on-hit.

Spiderlings are pets tho.

If its not on hit then how do I proc it with out using an ability or attacking? In order to proc it you must do physical damage.. which implies that you hit a target with some kind of physical damage either AA or ability. So it is in fact an on(physical)-hit item.

Elise can only deal physical damage by aa and spiderling's aa.

And spiderlings' ad only scale with ap!!

Read the description pls,"physical damage",but not "on-hit and physical spell damage",

Poppy q,Warick r are both on-hit,but not physical damage,and won't apply Cleaver's passive.

and "physical spell damage",spell damage which means it procs spell vamp and Rylai's slow.

Draven's innate, physical damage and not spell damage, and it does apply Cleaver's passive!!
