Does tumble damage stack with silver bolts (the third consecutive dmg)??

"You would get the bonus damage from tumble on the actual auto attack but it wouldn't make you do more damage than its base true damage of 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of their max health in true damage. For example if you have 200 bonus AD that would put Vayne at level 18 with 309 AD since her base is 109 at 18 so if you used tumble your next basic would deal and addition 50% of your bonus AD on your next attack so you would hit for 409 and if that was also the third hit for her silver bolts you would be hitting for a total of 409 physical damage plus the base 60 true damage plus 8% of their max HP. I tried to make that as simple as I could hopefully it helps."

basically the answer is yes, but tumble does not augment your silver bolts effects. It just dishes out all that damage respectively on one auto attack.
