After an excruciatingly long break from making champions, I've returned! This time, I've decided to think up a take on the whole "Yordle Twins" concept that was scrapped by Riot. While I know this is probably a very overused concept, I've tried my best to take a unique spin on it. Hex is a Mage who deals with single-target damage, while Tek is a ranged champion whose abilities are area-of-effect focused.

Passive: Double the Trouble- While Hex is the active brother, he gains 25% of his bonus AD as AP, and while Tek is active, he gains 10% of his AP as bonus AD.

Hex Q - Arcane Bolt: Hex creates a ring of 3 arcane bolts around him. These bolts will fire at the closest enemy champion, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+60% of your AP) magical damage per bolt.
Mana Cost: 45/55/65/75/85
Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 Second
Range: 800 Units

Tek Q - Missile Salvo: Launches a skill shot rocket, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+75% of your total AD) as physical damage to any enemy hit, and 15/30/45/60/75 (+30% of your total AD) of that damage to all enemies in an area around them.
Mana Cost: 60/60/60/60/60 Mana
Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Seconds
Range: 950 Units
Skill Shot Width: 100 units

Hex W - Forcebeam: Fires a bolt of arcane energy at a target champion, dealing 65/95/125/155/175 (+65% of your AP) magical damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds
Range: 700 Units

Tek W - Plasma Shield: Tek creates a wall of plasma, blocking all movement and skill shots for 3 seconds. In addition, any enemy standing close to the shield causes 20/40/60/80/100 (+50% of your bonus AD) physical damage each second.
Mana Cost: 75/80/85/90/95
Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 Seconds
Shield Length: 600 Units
Range: 650 Units

Hex E - Essence Scatter: Hex distorts the space around a champion, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+45% of your AP) magical damage and reducing their armor and magic resistance by 10% for 2.5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 65/75/85/95/105 Mana
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11/10 Seconds
Range: 700 Units

Tek E - Mach Strike: Tek rockets forward with his jetpack, dealing 75/105/135/165/195 (+55% of your AD) physical damage to anyone in your path and knocking them aside. When Tek reaches his destination, he gains 5/10/15/20/25% increased attack damage for 2 seconds.
Mana Cost: 90/90/90/90/90 Mana
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11/10 Seconds
Range: 650 Units
Skill Shot Width: 450 Units

R - Your Turn!: Your current brother switches places with the other brother, granting you use of his abilities. While Hex is out, he gains 6/12/18/24 movement speed, and while Tek is out, he gains 5/10/15/20% increased attack speed.
Mana Cost: 0
Cooldown: 5 Seconds
Known at level 1

76 views, one like and not a single comment so far. Is this a fail? Do you like the concept? Hate it? Am I a terrible person?

It is a unique idea, having two champions in one "Playable Character". The skill sets change much like Nidalee, Jayce, and more recently Elise.
The question is, would they share the same resource pool, would it be like Elise and Nidalee where when they change, they have one form that uses mana and one that doesn't, or go for a really unique setup (i.e. Mana and a different or even new resource). Along with that, what would their stats be like? Would they be a bit sturdy or just need a support to look at them once and they die?
I'm just giving feedback on what I think should be concidered. Overall, this looks like a capable "Champion". Keep working on some more and you just might have the next champion that will be used in the WC.

Yo, I totally like this champion. It's a really good concept though some rework would be nice such as abilities and lore

Both will use mana, but have a different mana pool. Hex's mana pool would be larger than Tek's.
EDIT: And I added the stats for Hex and Tek.

i enjoy this, incorporating 2 people in one champion. i dont see many of these, but it looks cool.

Passive- decent, nothing to complain about.

Q- Hex- i like the idea your going for here, its much like lulu's passive. the only thing i might ask is why other champs can intecept them if they only go for the nearest champion?
Tek- i might modify the scaling a bit. i might say 100% of bonus AD, 100% of total could be a little strong, idk. its kind of a reason to play this champ AD instead of hybrid, like it looks. maybe even just 50-60% of total AD.

W- Hex- this ability also promotes AD play, not many AD champs have that strong of a stun that i have seen. its like, a quick switch from AP stun opener to AD finish. now, i actually see this as a good littl attack for them because it will tie in with the second W.
Tek- a nice little shield, spell shield for 3 sec, but unable to move. can he still use other abilities? and, i wouldnt limit it to just skillshots, as you will sometimes come across flying abilities that arent skillshots, but targeted abilities. i would think it should block 1/2/2/3/3 harmful spells, but thats my suggestion.

E- Hex- a neat little shred ability, with a main focus on damage. looks like an opener to me, something you start a fight with, then proceed with stun. cool enough.
Tek- interesting, like tristana's rocket jump, but a dash instead. for the effect it gives after landing, i might reduce the scaling just a touch.

R- the classic team switch, similar to jayce, nidalee, and elise. i have to ask, does this do the same for them as it does for the others? does it switch them from melee to ranged and from ranged to melee, or are they strictly ranged? either way is cool, but im asking for curiosity sake. little typo you got there, remove 25% from that R, you have 5 different values instead of 4, lol. also, why does Tek get increased AS while Hex simply gets a minor movespeed buff? more of a reason to play AD instead of hybrid.

i like the quotes, they are fun and interesting. i would like to see some lore on them as well.

overall? cool, nice tag-team. but i was expecting a little more teamwork out of them kind of. like, for the mach strike, i was almost expecting tek to throw/launch his bro into the air to deal damage on impact, then watch as little hex run back behind tek. and for forcebeam, i kind of was hoping for a similar mechanic, where hex infuses tek with energy, then launches him forward, stunning the first champ hit, then watching tek run back. humorous little mechanic, at least i think so. still, these are only suggestions, you need not follow them. i like the champ, needs a few tweaks in terms of scaling i think though.

if you have a moment, would you mind looking at mine? http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/....php?t=2865536

My question is will the ult be available at lvl 1 like Karmas mantras or will it be a lvl 6 ult like everyone else? The problem you could run into is if it is lvl 6, which would you start out with? Could you choose or would everyone start out with either Hex or Tek?

I agree with changing the wording on Hex's Q. The ability itself is sort of like a trifecta of Ahri and Heimer's W's and Lulu's Passive. The bolts would home in on a single champion in range, but are blockable by champions.

I also agree that I need to reduce the scaling on Tek's Q, 100% would be a massacre, so I'll reduce it to 60% scaling (30% for the AoE portion).

I think I'll make Hex's W have a straight up 1.5 second stun across all levels.

Tek's W is actually a wall like Anivia's, not an actual shield like Lulu's or Janna's. I'll clarify that in the ability details.

As for Tek's E, it has a high scaling, and that shall be reduced.

And thank you for noting the typo, I'll get on that ASAP.

You get R at level 1, like Jayce. You'll start with Hex every game (Or possible switch it up randomly every match).
