vlad doesnt proc haunted guises upgrade

when i use his q, a single target spell, it doesnt proc the five second dot. why not?

Transfusion is hardcoded to count as a multi-target spell for the purposes of Rylai, because once you engage a duel with someone there's simply no getting away. This is probably causing Laundry to count it as multi-target as well.
