RO does not counter BC...

ARMOR is not effective against anyone with the presence of mind to buy a LW if their team has a BC (or 4)...

With both BC, LW, and weapon expertise you pentrate over 58% of enemy armor.

At that point you are better off buy hp for defense than armor...and that is hardly effective, especially if the enemy ADC has a LW and a blade of the ruined king...

TO ALL THOSE PRAISING RANDUINS TO COUNTER CLEAVER...ad caster's don't need attack speed! I versed a Pantheon and he would literally had a black cleaver and ninja tabi level 9 ish..so about on par farm wise etc. stun spear aoe multi spear hits and 1 auto attack = death with rylais and chain vest...SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!

Another thing...before the patch I played fiora and rushed BT worked a treat. Now when i use black cleaver i become worse than annie burst and its all physical...i kill people before i even get close to needing to ulti and when i ulti 2 or 3 hits and they die. I go stright for BC before finishing boots even as fiora q activates the passive and refreshes the auto attack. BOOM they dead.

Faced a wukong with 4 cleavers abotu 4 days ago, I bought a RO flash taunted as shen popped randuins. Team focus' kill wukong won game, randuins works if you use it right. Also if people are stacking cleavers they have no sustain so just focus them. stop crying and play smart.
