Perhaps, like with Honor, allow a person to vote kick someone x amount of times per some time period? Like, every week you can vote Yes to kick someone 3 times? That way, you would want to save them for real trolls, and not for a champion they pick that you dont like?

I think this feature would really help when teams are setup to fail because of an uncooperative player.

I don't think that player should be punished though, just make them requeue. If they keep getting banned in every game then they'll eventually need to stop being uncooperative to even play the game.

Just thought of this last week as well. Excellent, excellent idea. Seems common sense, really.

I believe in large numbers.
I believe that people with a negative and toxic attitude must sit through their own garbage they've fabricated.
Even if it means I go down an elo bracket for a bit.
I'll eventually carry myself out. S/he won't [at least not with that attitude].

So I don't think this should be put in the game. Any tool that allows unskilled players to gain a chance at being carried outside of pure luck is not acceptable imo.
