Was her Racer Skin (Or Neon Strike, not sure official name) and recall animation based on, among other things, Franky from One Piece?

I see some Jubilee from Xmen and Redline (The anime movie) influences in her as well, but her Recall animation, especially that final pose, really makes me think Franky.

Can we get an official word on this?

In the feedback thread, one of the rioters said it was Redline and imagination that inspired the skin.

Yes I see the "Redline among other things", but I'm mostly curious about the recall animation specifically.
