[Game Client] Refund for Champion E-mail

I got an email today saying I bought Garen two weeks ago, and that his price is being lowered and I am getting a refund for the difference for purchasing him. I believe that the refunded IP is already in my account.

However I purchased Garen a long time ago. The only champion I did purchase in the last two week was Karthas. I am wondering if maybe the name was just not entered properly in the email? I would imagine Karthas price might go down.

Just thought someone should know, I'm not complaining about the refunded IP, haha.

I also got that email, and I got Garen a long time ago as well. My account did have the extra 900 ip added, so I think it's legit. And Riot does do this if you purchase a champion right before the price drops, it's just not usually this late.
