I'm not sure if this is due to the item or the current issue with the attack delay that people have been reporting but I play Hecarim with a lot of CDR and so that freeze AOE should be almost constant in fights due to my Q but I'm lucky if it even goes off once in a fight.
And it should also be triggering after I hit with my Devastating Charge but doesn't then either. Would be a great item if it worked so curious if this is a known issue or is it just me?
