I've read that this can happen because of firewall issues. That's all well and good, but why are players getting penalized because of a software issue with the game. I have to wait to queue into another game just to test to see if I solved the problem. Doesn't seem fair but then again, maybe no one has figured out why it happens.......who's Maestro and why does he control my fate?!?!?!
