Riot definitely did a good job introducing new items for ad carries, but I still see adc's taking IE and PD for the most part.

In my opinions I think pd needs the youmuu treatment and give less crit chance to ranged champions and/or make a new item that gives a lot of crit chance and nothing else.

Only then will people start to think more wisely on what to buy. Right now it's still the best attack speed item that gives a lot of raw damage in conjunction with IE.

Thoughts or suggestions?

idk..havn't seen PD since the new season. everyone too busy rushing shiv or hurrican. even if its not taht good on them
